Necessary storage
aj-consent stores your choices for 180 days. aj-draft uses tab-scoped session storage to preserve your assessment for up to one hour; it is removed on successful submission. The public website does not require a visitor account.
Analytics
Optional analytics may record visits and form steps after your permission. Providers load only when valid IDs, activation and policy approval are configured and the relevant consent is granted.
Page notifications without cookies
AJ receives a Telegram notice containing the public page, time, IP address, approximate country and city, device category, operating system, browser and general traffic source independently of cookie preferences. This notification does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, advertising IDs or fingerprinting. A random request marker held only in page memory prevents duplicate messages during navigation. Reloading or opening another tab can produce a new notice. Server delivery markers expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next visit request; Telegram messages remain until the receiving chat owner deletes them. Temporary anti-abuse counters are kept separately. IP addresses and visit details are sent to the receiving Telegram chat and remain there until its owner deletes them; they are not added to the website delivery-marker database. IP-based location may be inaccurate, especially with VPNs or proxies. This is not a count of unique people.
Marketing
Optional marketing allows campaign attribution and, when configured and approved, conversion measurement. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising UET, when configured and approved, receive consent-gated conversion events. No Meta pixel is installed. Microsoft’s privacy statement is available at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Case descriptions, evidence, loss amounts and accusations must not be sent to advertising providers.
Attribution
With optional consent, aj-attribution records source tags, a landing path, referring origin and first/last touch. Click identifiers are allowed only with marketing consent. The first touch is preserved in sessionStorage for the current tab; later interactions may update the last touch. This includes Google and Microsoft click identifiers only with marketing consent. Closing the tab ends this attribution session.
